My name is Lydia Wilton. I am employed to manage City Limits Employment.

• I support and manage the staff team at City Limits
• I look for funding to help more people to get into work or training
• I go to lots of meetings to tell people about employing disabled people
• I write reports and manage the budget for the service

I used to be a Tutor at Fareham College; in 1989 I started working for Social Services as a Day Service Officer at the Brookside Centre. In 1990 I was asked if I was interested in supporting people into work. This was the beginning of City Limits Employment that is a supported employment agency. We find paid and voluntary work for people with learning disabilities and support them in any training opportunities they need to find a job.
